As part of caring for our community we offer a hire service for equipment that may only be needed for a short time frame. We hire for a day, a week, or several weeks depending on your need.
What we hire:
Nebuliser – a nebuliser is a machine used to change liquid medication into a vapour that you can inhale. It works by pumping pressurised air through the liquid to form a fine mist, which can then be breathed in through a mask or mouthpiece.
Vaporiser – Vaporisers use boiling water to create hot steam. Specially formulated medications, called inhalants, can be added to the water to help soothe the symptoms of a cold. The steam can help to free up airways, providing relief from congested noses. Let the steam from a vaporiser help you relieve nasal congestion.
Crutches – Underarm crutches are most commonly used following an acute or short-term injury that only allows weight-bearing on one leg. Our underarm crutches are fully adjustable and come with replaceable padding.
Blood Pressure Monitor – Do you need to check your blood pressure more often than when you pop into the pharmacy or the doctor’s? Then a home-based blood pressure monitor might be the answer. You can hire before you buy to see if it really will be useful for you to have the ability to monitor your blood pressure at home. Speak to our staff today to see what this entails.
